Lingnan University Hong Kong Scholarships 2023 (Fully Funded)

Application is invited to apply for Lingnan University Hong Kong Scholarships 2023. This is a fully-funded Hong Kong scholarship program for international students. The Scholarship will be awarded subject to availability, successful applicants in the Early Round will be notified from January.

Lingnan University offers various scholarships to support high-caliber non-local students to pursue full-time UGC-funded (Government-funded) undergraduate studies at the University. Each Scholarship is offered on an annual renewable basis and is tenable for a period of up to the normative duration of the study, subject to continued outstanding academic performance.

Lingnan University, formerly Lingnan College, is the only public liberal arts university in Hong Kong. It is an English-language institution. It aims to provide students with an education in the liberal arts tradition and has joined the Global Liberal Arts Alliance in 2012.

Selection Criteria

The Scholarship will be awarded to a student who has good academic standing and a good track record in community services. For candidates of comparable academic merits, preference will be given to the candidate with better-proven records of community services.

Scholarship Benefits:

Successful applicants will be awarded one of the following scholarships:

•       Full Scholarship (covering tuition, hostel, and partial academic and living expenses)
•       Half Scholarship
•       Full-tuition Scholarship
•       Half-tuition Scholarship

Required Documents 

You should support all information provided by uploading relevant documents (in English or Chinese, or together with officially certified English/Chinese translations if the documents are not in English/Chinese), including:

  • transcript
  • certificate
  • testimonial
  • public examination results, etc.

to your application.  You will be asked to present the original documents for verification if you are offered admission. 

How to Apply

You can create ONE application account and submit up to three choices of UGC-funded undergraduate programs in the account via the Online Admission System

Applicants can apply for a maximum of three choices of UGC-funded undergraduate programs in ONE application account. You are required to indicate your preference of study programs if you wish to submit more than one program choice.
