The applicant is invited to apply for the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation Scholarship in Germany in 2023. All international and domestic student is eligible to apply for German scholarship. The Rosa Luxemburg Foundation Scholarship offered to undertake Undergraduate and Postgraduate degrees.
With the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation Scholarship, students can take admitted to any German university. The Scholarship Department of the Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung awards financial grants to highly-qualified undergraduate and doctoral students from Germany and abroad who evidence high levels of social and political engagement.
In granting scholarships, the Stiftung seeks to neutralize the social, political, and gender discrimination that prevails in our society and therefore gives preference to applications from women, students from non-academic and migrant backgrounds, people who are socially needy, and people with disabilities to demonstrate comparable achievement and commitment.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation Scholarship to Study in Germany 2023, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Candidates must demonstrate high academic and professional qualifications. Political and social commitment aligned with the objectives of Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung
Proficiency in the German language (level B2 or higher). Applicants must demonstrate strong leadership skills and be willing to abide by the guidelines governing the conduct of Rosa Luxemburg scholars.
Applicants must be admitted to a full-time course at any German university to be eligible for the scholarship.
