550 Kazakhstan Government Scholarships 2025 (Fully Funded)

Application is invited to apply for Kazakhstan Government Scholarships 2025. This is a fully funded Scholarship program for studying in Kazakhstani universities. All international students from all over the world are eligible to apply for the Kazakhstan Scholarship 2025.

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan calls for foreign applicants, including persons of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan to full-time studying in Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. educational programs.

The Kazakhstan Government Scholarships offer not only financial assistance but also access to high-quality education and research opportunities at renowned universities and institutions across the country. Required Document

The following documents are required for a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree:

Copy of identification document. copy of the document on the previous level of education (with transcript) (notarized translation into Kazakh Russian or English).

Motivational essay in Kazakh Russian or English. Letter of recommendation in Kazakh Russian or English from the educational organization in which the applicant studied, or from the employer.

Medical certificate for studying abroad, as well as a medical certificate about the absence of a human immunodeficiency virus (HIV infection) and AIDS diseases issued by an official health authority of the candidate’s country of residence. Invitation letter from Kazakhstan University (if available).

Invitation letter from Kazakhstan University (if available). Ph.D. research proposal in Kazakh Russian or English languages. International certificate, confirming the language skills:
