Commonwealth Master’s Scholarships 2026/27 (Fully Funded)

Application is invited to apply for the Agency-Nominated Commonwealth Master’s Programme — a flagship, fully funded UK scholarship administered by the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission (CSC). This agency-nominated Commonwealth scholarship for Master’s study in the UK supports outstanding candidates from eligible Commonwealth countries to pursue fully funded postgraduate scholarships UK, aimed at building leadership capacity and delivering measurable development impact on return.

Run under the Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan (CSFP), the CSC Master’s awards combine the UK’s international development priorities with practical financial support — tuition fee coverage, return airfare, a generous living stipend, and study-related allowances — to enable scholars to focus on high-quality postgraduate training that promotes sustainable development and institutional strengthening in their home countries.

This agency-nominated route operates through national nominating bodies and partner organisations: nominators forward a limited number of candidates to the CSC for final selection. If you are from an eligible Commonwealth country, have strong academic credentials, and can demonstrate a clear, development-focused study plan and leadership potential, this fully funded UK Master’s scholarship for developing countries is an exceptional opportunity — prepare a robust nomination package and contact your national nominating body to be considered.

2) Complete the CSC Central application.

All candidates whose nominators intend to submit them must also complete the CSC Central online application form. CSC Central is a two-factor authenticated system (2FA), so you will need access to a smartphone or a secondary email account for registration.

Prepare answers offline and paste them into the form to avoid data loss. Use the save function regularly. Refreshing your browser may lose unsaved data.

After the initial “enter your details” page you will receive an Application Reference Number and a 22-character passcode — keep this email safe. You can print the summary page after submission or view a copy later via the system.

Important system notes:

  • The CSC does not charge an application fee.
  • Applications cannot be edited after submission.
  • The CSC Central helpdesk can be contacted at [email protected] if you experience technical issues.
