Applications are now open for the Erasmus Mundus EMABG Scholarship 2026–2028, a fully funded two-year Master’s program in Animal Biodiversity and Genomics (EMABG). Funded by the European Commission, this prestigious scholarship allows international students to study at six leading European universities across three countries, gaining world-class academic and research experience in animal genetics, biodiversity, and genomics.
This Erasmus Mundus Joint Master (EMJM) program is open to applicants from all nationalities, with no application fee required.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Educational Background
- Bachelor of Science (minimum 180 ECTS) in Animal Science OR
- A relevant field with strong foundations in basic sciences (e.g., genetics, statistics) and animal production (e.g., breeding, nutrition).
- English Proficiency
- TOEFL iBT: Minimum 92 (with at least 23 in speaking)
- IELTS: Overall 7.0 (minimum 6.5 in speaking)
- Cambridge: C1 Advanced / C2 Proficiency
- Exemption from English test if previous Bachelor’s or Master’s degree was completed in:
- Australia, Ireland, Canada (except Quebec), New Zealand, UK, USA.
- Nationality: Open to all countries worldwide.
