Eisenhower Defense Fellowships (NATO Allies)
- Senior Scholars (1 × 5-month): PhD + ≥4 years’ experience + strong publication record.
- Junior Scholars (1 × 5-month): PhD + demonstrated policy-relevant security research.
- PhD Candidates (2 × 5-month): Final-stage doctoral students with NATO-aligned thesis topics.
Partnership for Peace Fellowships (PfP countries)
PfP Scholars (2 × 5-month): Researchers from Armenia, Georgia, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Serbia, Switzerland, Ukraine, and others.
Mediterranean Dialogue Fellowships (MD countries)
MD Scholars (2 × 5-month): Experts from Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Morocco, Tunisia, and Mauritania.
OMC/PatG Fellowship (Global Partners)
OMC/PatG Scholar (1 × 5-month): Candidates from Australia, Japan, Korea, Pakistan, New Zealand, Colombia, Iraq, Mongolia.
Fellow Responsibilities & Benefits
Research Essay & Presentation: Draft a publication-ready paper and present findings to the College.
