The maximum internship duration is 10 weeks, and selected students can stay in Germany for up to 90 days, fully sponsored.
Originally launched in 2006, RISE Professional was created as an extension of the undergraduate RISE Program, initially targeting North American students. Its mission was to give RISE alumni and young researchers the opportunity to return to Germany, gain advanced hands-on experience, and conduct industry-focused research outside the university environment. Today, RISE Germany stands as one of the most competitive fully funded international internship programs in Germany.
