Every summer since 2017, the SDGs Youth Summer Camp has cultivated the next generation of environmental leadership by immersing participants in the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. In its ninth year, the 2025 SDG Youth Camp spotlights the plastic pollution crisis, equipping a select cohort of global changemakers with cutting-edge training in plastic pollution solutions and policy advocacy.
Hosted at the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) in Seoul, Republic of Korea, this fully funded sustainable development youth leadership program offers three days of intensive workshops, expert-led panels, and hands-on strategy sessions. Participants will collaborate on actionable strategies—from community outreach to national policy recommendations—empowering them to spearhead international youth environmental campaigns and plastic waste reduction initiatives in their home countries.
