Step 1: Apply via CSC Online System

Complete the online application procedure at CSC Online Application System for International Students, and download the Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship after completing the application.

  • Enter Agency Number: 10614 (UESTC)

Step 2: Apply to UESTC Online System

Apply directly in the UESTC Online Application System http://admission.uestc.edu.cn

  • Apply through the UESTC International Admission Portal
  • Upload all required documents
  • No hard copies required

Step 3. Submit all your application documents (including the Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship) in the UESTC Online Application System before the deadline. (No need for hard copies)

Step 4. UESTC Academic Committee will review applicants’ eligibility and academic performance, submit the recommended candidates list and their application documents.

Step 5. The CSC will organize designated universities and experts concerned to examine applicants’ eligibility and academic performance before finalizing the short-listed candidates

Step 6. The CSC will notify the admission results to UESTC, which will subsequently inform the applicant.

⚠️ Important: Applications must be completed in both systems to be considered valid.

Important Notes

You may apply to up to three universities under CSC Category B, but can receive only one scholarship

Scholarship recipients cannot change university or field of study after arrival in China

Late or incomplete applications are rejected

CSC does not authorize agents to apply on behalf of students
