Applications are now open for the Germany CrossCulture Program (CCP) 2026, one of the most prestigious international fellowship programs for professionals and young leaders from around the world. Every year, the CrossCulture Program awards around 100 fully funded CCP Fellowships to talented individuals from more than 40 partner countries, offering them the opportunity to gain professional experience in Germany or a CCP partner country.
The CCP Fellowship 2026 is designed to strengthen civil societies and promote intercultural dialogue by connecting global professionals with German institutions, NGOs, and organizations. Through 2–3 months of practical training, participants enhance their expertise, gain hands-on experience in their field, and build strong intercultural understanding. Host organizations in Germany also benefit significantly from the regional expertise, fresh perspectives, and professional networks that CCP fellows bring with them.
After completing their fellowship, participants return to their home countries and apply their newly gained knowledge to contribute to sustainable development, social progress, and professional innovation within their local organizations. The program is open to both male and female applicants, making it a highly inclusive opportunity for emerging leaders, activists, volunteers, and professionals who are passionate about positive change.
