Malta Government Endeavour Scholarship 2025 (Fully Funded)

Application is invited to apply for the Malta Government Endeavour Scholarship 2025. Malta Government international scholarships in Europe offer master’s and doctoral degrees. The scheme is aimed to support those pursuing this path to succeed both at the level ​of education attainment as well as contributing effectively towards the economy.

The ENDEAVOUR II Scholarships Scheme is to support good quality tertiary education to ensure that the Maltese labor market is supplied with the right individuals and to guarantee that it is in a better position to compete at an international level.

The ENDEAVOUR II Scheme which aims to address the above objectives is co-funded by the ESF+

Eligibility Requirements

Citizenship must be from countries outside the European Union and European Economic Area. Demonstrated exceptional academic performance and potential.

Intent to pursue studies at either MQF (Malta Qualifications Framework) Level 7 or MQF Level 8. Should not currently hold a qualification at the same level as the intended study.

Prepared to commence studies between May 15, 2024, and April 30, 2025.

Applicants with a Master’s degree may apply for a higher degree, such as a Doctorate, but not for another Master’s or lower-level postgraduate certificate or diploma.
