This is a fully-funded Shanghai scholarship program for bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees. There are two types of scholarships offered A & B. Type A scholarship is fully funded and covers include tuition, accommodation, living expenses, and comprehensive medical insurance during the whole study program.

Shanghai Scholarship 2023 Eligibility
To qualify for the Shanghai Government International Student Scholarship, 2023, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Applicants must be foreigners and be in good medical condition. Candidates for undergraduate studies must have graduated from high school and must not be older than 25 years.
Applicants for master’s programs must have obtained the corresponding degree from an accredited institution of higher education and must not be older than 35 years.
Ph.D. candidates must have obtained a relevant master’s degree in a relevant course and must not be older than 40 years.
Scholarship applicants must have excellent academic performance and also the required language requirements
Applicants must meet university and professional requirements. Applicants should not receive other grants from the Chinese government at the same time.
