   • Apply for SingPass early to avoid technical issues close to the deadline. Visit the SingPass website for details.
3. Create an Account :
   • Log in to the application system using your SingPass.
   • Register as a new user with your personal email address.
4. Complete the Application Form :
   • Fill out the online application form carefully.
   • Submit an essay of 500–600 words about yourself, including:
