University of Copenhagen Danish Government Scholarships (Fully Funded)

Applications are now open for the University of Copenhagen Danish Government Scholarships, a competitive opportunity for talented non-EU/EEA students to study in Denmark. The University of Copenhagen (UCPH) offers a limited number of tuition waivers and grants through the Danish Government Scholarship program, making it a strong option for students comparing scholarships in Denmark for international students and Master’s scholarships in Europe.

The scholarships are open to highly talented students with outstanding academic records, and all non-EU/EEA applicants offered admission are automatically considered, so no separate scholarship application is needed. The award is granted as a full or partial tuition fee waiver and/or an amount that covers basic living costs. For anyone searching for a tuition waiver scholarship in Denmark or a Danish Government Scholarship for international students, this is one of the most established options. Applicants relocating to Denmark should also review student residence permit and health insurance requirements, as valid coverage is typically required before enrollment.

The University awards these scholarships solely on academic achievement, and financial need is not considered. With its merit-based selection and strong academic reputation, the University of Copenhagen Danish Government Scholarship remains a top choice for students seeking funded study in Denmark in 2027.
