A valid national ID or valid passport. A recent photo of the candidate. National exam scores (required for candidates who do not have an international qualification or certification)
Diploma or certificate of temporary graduation. Academic transcripts (online screenshots and uncertified transcripts will affect the evaluation of your application)
International exam results (GRE, GMAT, DELF, YDS, YÖS … etc., if required by the chosen university and program). Language test results (if required by the chosen university and program)

This is a basic eligibility Criterion for the Turkish Government of Scholarship 2024 for undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degrees.
- Minimum academic criteria:
- Minimum academic performance for high school candidates: 70%
- Minimum academic performance for master and doctoral candidates: 75%
- Minimum academic performance for health sciences candidates (medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy): 90%
- Age Criteria:
- Under 21 for undergraduate courses
- Under 30 for masters programs
- Under 35 for doctoral programs
- Eligible countries:
- Citizens of all eligible countries, except Turkish citizens.
- Graduates or candidates can graduate at the end of the current academic year.
