HTW Berlin, the largest university of applied sciences in Berlin, offers an 18-month full-time Master’s degree program in “International and Development Economics” (MIDE), taught entirely in English. Designed for students from developing and transitional countries as well as from Germany and other developed countries with a special interest in the economic challenges facing “third world” countries, the program prepares students to work in areas related to global economic affairs and development.

This is Mihret I want to apply for a fully funded DAAD MIDE Scholarships In Germany please.
On the home page ot shows that it’s fully funded but when I go to the link it’s asking some amount of Euro should be deposite in blocked account for tuition fee and living expenses, so I really got confused, can you please help me clarifying this.
