Dalian University of Technology (DUT) is recruiting Master’s and Ph.D. students for the 2025 academic year under these scholarship programs.

Eligibility Criteria

Non-Chinese Citizens: Applicants must be in good health.

Educational Background:

Master’s Program: Bachelor’s degree and under 35 years old.

Ph.D. Program: Master’s degree and under 40 years old.

Language Proficiency:
Applicants must meet the language requirements for their selected program, with specific levels for Chinese and English programs.

Tuition Exemption and Accommodation: Free on-campus housing.
Monthly Allowance:
- Master’s Students: ¥3,000/month

Application Materials

Applicants must submit the following documents:

Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form: Complete and submit the online form at campuschina.org. Use DUT Agency No. 10141.

DUT Application Form: Submit online at iso.dlut.edu.cn.

Highest Diploma (Notarized): If still studying, provide a certificate of current enrollment. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must have notarized translations.

Academic Transcripts: From undergraduate to the latest completed program, sealed and issued by the university.

Study Plan Proposal: A 1,000-word document in Chinese or English, signed by a DUT supervisor.

Recommendation Letters: Two letters from professors or associate professors.

Foreigner Physical Examination Form: Must be valid for six months, completed in English, with all required stamps and signatures.

Blood Test Report: Including HIV, Syphilis, HBsAg, and HCV test results.

Passport Copy: Valid beyond September 2025.

Language Proficiency Certificates: HSK or TOEFL/IELTS, depending on the program’s language.

Certificate of No Criminal Conviction: Valid for six months.

Additional Documents:

Supervisor acceptance letter (optional).
Employment certificate (if applicable).
Visa photocopy for applicants currently in China.
Passport-sized photo.
