Eligibility Criteria

• A High School Senior
• At least one of the following ethnic groups: African American, American Indian / Alaska Native *, Asian American, and Pacific Islander and/or Latin American
• Pell-eligible
• A U.S. citizen, national or permanent resident
• In a good academic position, with a minimum cumulative average of 3.3 on a scale of 4.0 (or equivalent).
• Additionally, the student should plan to enroll full-time in a four-year program.

An excellent high school academic record (among the top 10% in their class). Demonstrated leadership skills (for example, as evidenced by participation in community services, extracurricular activities, or other activities)
