Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the Chinese Government Scholarship in 2020 are simple and are provided below:

Applicants must be of foreign nationality. International students from China or alumni of Chinese universities. Applicants for master’s studies must have a bachelor’s degree and be under 35

Candidates for doctoral studies must have a master’s degree and be under the age of 40. Excellent performance in the study. must have good scientific research skills.

HIT Scholarship Benefits

HIT China Scholarships for International Students is a free China scholarship from the China Scholarship Council and the Chinese Government Scholarship. The University of China scholarship will cover the following expenses:

• Exempt from tuition, registration, and accommodation fees.
• 800 RMB per year for comprehensive health insurance.
• Master’s Candidate: 3,000 RMB / month
• Ph.D. Candidate: RMB 3,500 / month

Transcripts. Two letters of recommendation from professors or associate professors in English or Chinese. Copy of passport (valid for at least one year).
