South Korea Scholarship Criteria

Only those who have citizenship in 142 countries (Check Below Countries List). Applicants who enroll in the master’s degree program must have a bachelor’s degree or diploma equivalent to or higher than the bachelor’s degree.

Applicants expecting to graduate by 28th Feb 2025 must submit a certificate of expectant graduation when applying, and submit the official certificate of graduation(degree or diploma) to K-Arts no later than 28th Feb 2025.

Applicants expecting to graduate by 28th Feb. 2025 need to prove that they are subject to the exemption for Korean Language training, holding TOPIK level 5 or above. Otherwise, all final grantees need to join Korean Language training starting from September 2024.

Good health, both physical and mental. Applicants must send at least three letters of recommendation. Applicants must enter Korea before November 2024 and receive Korean language training.

Financial Coverage

The South Korean Scholarships are full scholarships for international students to study in Korea. All expenses will be covered, such as:

• Economy class Air ticket will be given to a student from a home country to South Korea.
• Monthly allowance of 800,000 (KRW) per month
• Korean language training Intensive language training for four months before full coverage
• Full Tuition Fees
• Limited medical insurance coverage
