100% Tuition Waiver: Full coverage of all academic tuition fees throughout the degree duration.
Monthly Stipend Allowance:
- M.Sc. International Students: 15,500 AED / month
- Ph.D. International Students: 17,500 AED – 18,500 AED / month
- UAE Nationals: Higher tier rate structure (up to 37,500 AED for M.Sc. and 43,500 AED for Ph.D.).

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

Academic Qualification: Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree (for M.Sc.) or a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (for Ph.D.) in a STEM field—such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Data Science.

Minimum Academic Standing: Minimum CGPA of 3.2 / 4.0 (or equivalent) from an accredited university recognized by the UAE Ministry of Education.

English Language Proficiency:

IELTS Academic: Minimum overall score of 6.5

TOEFL iBT: Minimum total score of 90

Final-Year Students: Candidates in their final year of undergraduate or graduate studies may apply using their current transcripts alongside an expected graduation certificate.

Screening Exam & Interview: Applicants must pass an online technical screening exam and an academic interview as part of the evaluation process.
