Mitacs Globalink Research Canada Internship 2023 (Fully Funded)

Application is invited to apply for Mitacs Globalink Research Internship 2023. This is a fully-funded Canadian internship program for international students. Mitacs Globalink Research Internships are currently available at over 70 universities across Canada.

From May to October of each year, top-ranked applicants participate in a 12-week research internship under the supervision of Canadian university faculty members in a variety of academic disciplines, from science, engineering, and mathematics to the humanities and social sciences.

The Summer paid Canada internship is open in All-Academic Disciplines. The Undergraduate, Master’s, and Ph.D. Degree Students can apply. Mitacs Globalink Research Internships are currently available at over 70 universities across Canada. For more information, please see our list of academic partners.

Globalink Research Internship alumni interested in returning to Canada for graduate studies are eligible for the Globalink Graduate Fellowship.​

Eligibility Criteria

Be at least 18 years of age. Be enrolled in a full-time degree program or a combined degree/master’s program. Be available to complete a 12-week internship, arriving in Canada between May 1 and July 31, 2023.

Have a valid passport until at least January 2023. An official academic record from the University of origin, in English or French. At least one letter of reference from a professor or research supervisor.

A Resume Breakdown Research Experience. Apply for a minimum of three, and a maximum of seven projects, and make sure the selections are from at least three different Canadian provinces.

Financial Coverage

The Mitacs Globalink Summer Research Internship Get:

Roundtrip air ticket to Canada (price varies by country of origin). Transportation from the Canadian airport to the accommodation.

Housing subsidy (the value varies depending on the country of origin) and health plan. Stipend for student application fees up to a maximum of $ 300. Expenditure on food and extra expenses (the amount varies according to the country of origin)

Student Mentor Support on Campus Canada. Registration for industry events and professional development courses. Globalink Research Internship Completion Certificate
