About the URF Programme

Eligibility Criteria

You should apply if you:

Have 3–8 years’ post‑PhD research experience (excluding career breaks)

Do not hold a permanent academic post or equivalent independent fellowship

Work within the natural sciences remit: biology, biomedical sciences, chemistry, engineering, mathematics, physics, etc.

Are open to a fast‑track Global Talent Visa endorsement if non‑UK/ROI nationals
