Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Université Paris-Saclay International Master’s Scholarship Programme for the academic year 2027, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Applicants must be admitted to a full-time master’s program at the Université Paris-Saclay for the academic year 2027.
Newly arrived international students aged 30 or under during the scholarship year.
Foreign students who have lived in France for less than a year previously, or are currently enrolled in a training or internship course that does not lead to certification.
Students who have lived in France under a mobility program during their studies that did not lead to certification.
Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership and academic credentials.
Applicants must hold an excellent bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject from a recognized university.

France Scholarship Worth
The international master’s scholarship is 10 000 euros per year. It is paid monthly by Université Paris-Saclay for the entire duration of the academic year, from September to June. Its amount is reduced during months spent abroad (compulsory international mobility, delocalized master’s programs) or during internships undertaken outside of Université Paris-Saclay-affiliated labs.
A yearly flat fee of up to 900 euros supporting travel and visa costs is paid to each laureate. Its amount depends on the country of origin of the candidate.
Laureates will receive their scholarship as well as travel expenses only upon arrival in France and once they have registered in the program to which they have been admitted. No advance payment can be made.
Laureates are supported in their administrative procedures and in the accommodation search. However, the reservation of accommodation cannot be guaranteed, and it is the laureates’ responsibility to anticipate the search for housing.

Application Procedure
Selected students will automatically receive an email with a link to an online application form.
Upon receiving this email, students wishing to apply must complete the online application form and provide the names of two references (e.g., director of studies, teacher, or internship coordinator) willing to send a recommendation for the candidate.
Each reference will receive an email link to an online recommendation form, which they must complete and submit before the scholarship deadline. The candidate will be notified when each reference submits their form.
The application will be considered complete only when both references have submitted their recommendation forms. Candidates will not receive a confirmation message upon completing the registration.
It is the candidate’s responsibility to ensure that both references submit the forms by the deadline indicated in the invitation email. Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will be automatically rejected.
