Eligibility Criteria
Some grants are open to all citizens of a country outside the European Union (EU) / European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, while others are open only to citizens of certain countries.
You must demonstrate academic talent. You can only receive this scholarship for an undergraduate program at Uppsala University chosen as the first priority.
You must have applied for a bachelor’s or master’s program before the university admission deadline. You must meet the entry requirements for the program you have enrolled in.

Financial Benefits

Uppsala University Global Scholarship
The scholarships will cover the full cost of tuition fees for studies at Uppsala University. It is for Master’s programs that start on 28 August 2023 and are offered during the current admission round. The scholarships do not cover living expenses.
Uppsala University President’s Club Scholarship
Uppsala University President’s Club Scholarship aims to encourage a highly qualified international Master’s student. The scholarship will cover the full cost of tuition fees for programs offered during the current admission round commencing 28 August 2023. The scholarship does not cover living expenses.
Anders Wall Scholarship Foundation
The scholarships will cover the full cost of tuition fees for studies at Uppsala University. It is for degree programs that start on 28 August 2023 and are offered during the current admission round. The scholarships do not cover living expenses.
The King Carl Gustaf Scholarship
The King Carl Gustaf Scholarship is aimed at students who live in unsafe and dangerous conditions in areas affected by conflict or natural disasters. The scholarships will cover the full cost of tuition fees for studies at Uppsala University.
It is for Master’s programs that start on 28 August 2023 and are offered during the current admission round. The scholarships do not cover living expenses.

The application period for scholarships provided by Uppsala University for prospective students is from 17 January to 1 February 2023.
The deadline is 23:59 CET (Central European Time) 1 February 2023. Please consider the time zone. Applications received after the deadline will not be processed.
