Application is invited to apply for Yunnan University President’s Scholarship In China 2025 for International Students. The scholarship allows Undergraduate, and Masters level programs (s) in the field of All Subjects taught at Yunnan University.

All international students from all around the world are eligible to apply for the Yunnan University China Scholarship 2025. The Yunnan University President’s Scholarship for International Students aims to reward outstanding international students.

Yunnan University is a National Key University in Yunnan Province, China. Its main campuses are located in the provincial capital city of Kunming. Founded in December 1922, Yunnan University started to enroll in April 1923.

Scholarship Benefits:

Yunnan University will award the selected candidates in the following manner:

• 2,000 Yuan/person for undergraduates
• 3,000 Yuan/person for master’s students
• 4,000 Yuan/person for doctoral students

Award quota: A total of 25 undergraduates, 10 master’s students, and five doctoral students are selected each year.

Eligibility: Full-time undergraduates, postgraduates, and doctoral students who are in the second year or above within the basic academic system of Yunnan University can participate in the evaluation.

Basic conditions

Applicants must comply with Chinese laws and the regulations of Yunnan University. Applicants must have excellent grades with their Chinese proficiency meeting the basic requirements of their major.

Applicants should actively participate in various academic lectures, social events, and public welfare activities. Applicants must pay tuition and accommodation fees on time.

• Bachelor’s degree certificate or the equivalent, transcripts
• Secondary high school diploma or the equivalent, transcripts
• Master’s degree certificate or the equivalent, transcripts
• Two Recommendation letters
• Study or research plan
• Bank remittance receipt for the registration fee

How To Apply

Eligible applicants should apply to their training college and submit relevant supporting materials. Yunnan University issues honorary certificates and scholarships to students who have received scholarships by the end of December each year.

If applicants commit fraud or exhibit other improper behavior during the application and awarding process, the university has the right to cancel the award, recover the bonus and honorary certificate, and implement corresponding sanctions depending on the circumstances.
