Eligibility Criteria

The following eligibility criteria will be considered for free scholarships for international students at the Skoltech University of Russia.

A TOEFL or IELTS score is not required if the applicant graduated from a university where the high school is in English.

For master’s degree programs: bachelor’s degree or specialist or equivalent, from an accredited university.

For doctoral programs: master’s degree or specialist or equivalent, from an accredited university.

Financial Coverage

This is a free full scholarship in Russia for international students. These free scholarships to study abroad in Russia will cover almost most of the expenses, not all, but most of the expenses, such as:
