Application is invited to apply for Google internship 2020 AKA Google Summer of Code 2020 mentoring orgs. Google internship 2020 offers all over the world student. The Google Summer Code internship gave a maximum of $6000 or $3000 for a period of 3 months.

The Google internship 2020 open for all academic background student who is pursuing bachelor, master or doctoral degree. The minimum age of the applicant must be 18 years. Google internship 2020 dates

The Google Summer Internship will run from May 18, 2020, to August 10, 2020. During this period, students will work on their projects with mentors.

How does it work?

Students

Students contact the mentoring organizations they want to work with and write a project proposal for the summer. If accepted, students spend a month integrating with their organizations before coding begins. Students have three months to code, meeting deadlines agreed upon with their mentors.

Organizations

Open source projects apply to mentoring organizations. Once accepted, the organizations discuss possible ideas with the students and then decide on the proposals they want to guide for the summer. They provide mentors to help guide each student through the program.

Mentors

Existing employees in organizations can choose to guide a student’s project. Mentors and students work together to determine the appropriate summer milestones and requirements. Mentor interaction is a vital part of the program.
