Application is invited to apply for the University of Gadjah Mada International Fellowship in Indonesia 2021. This is a fully-funded Indonesia scholarship program for an international student to Study a Full-Time Masters’s or Ph.D. Degree Programs by Coursework and Research.
The Gadjah Mada International Fellowship (GMIF) program is a scholarship offered by Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) to international students from, but not limited to, ASEAN member countries (except Indonesia), South Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, and other countries that can demonstrate the need for financial assistance.
This program is dedicated to a full-time and double master’s and doctorate degrees for courses and research. The purpose of the GMIF program is to incentivize potential candidates with excellent academic performance who wish to pursue the Master’s and Doctoral Program in any relevant and agreed-upon area.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be an international student.
- Must be accepted for admission to the masters or doctoral program.
- Have a bachelor’s degree for a candidate for the master’s program or a master’s degree for a candidate for a doctoral program in Engineering, Science, Medicine / Health, Geography, Agriculture, Forestry, Animal Science, Economics, Law, Social Sciences, and Humanities or areas related
- Excellent bachelor’s academic record (GPA of at least 3.0 on the 4.0 GPA scale or any other document that demonstrates adequate academic qualification of candidates) for applicants for the master’s program
- Good command of English (TOEFL score of at least 400 for Master’s application or 450 for Ph.D. program application
- Thesis proposal for a Ph.D. program candidate
- Provide the necessary supporting documents.

Expenses with housing assistance according to the Yogyakarta rate
