Application is now open to apply for the International Student Festival of HARKAT In Iran 2020. This is a 1-week international exchange program for the student. Last Year More than 300 student participates with this youth program including 85 international student.
The festival is organized by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology of Iran and has been organized by different universities since 2008. The concept of the festival is to bring together students from different parts of the world in a combination of festivals and exhibitions. The festival aims to encourage students’ projects and activities, promoting inspiration and being a starting point for international cooperation among students.
The festival is open to students from all over the world and is a meeting platform for young people with different scientific and cultural backgrounds. It is a place where young people meet, establish new friendships and discuss various issues from different points of view.

Eligibility Criteria
- Students from all over the world with any nationality of any country are eligible.
- There is no limitation on any educational training in an academic discipline.
- The current student is not required. Graduate students and young workers can also apply.
- The candidate’s age must be 18 to 38 years.
- The candidate must communicate in English.
- Students or youth from any sector are eligible to apply.

Financial coverage
This is a fully-funded scholarship for international students in Iran. Most of the expenses will be covered.
- Free accommodation and boarding.
- Visa letter, if necessary (E-VISA)
- Free accommodation and all meals during the program.
- Free transfer to the airport.
- Provide free trips to Tabriz for historical and natural attractions.
- Gifts and souvenirs of the free exchange program.
- Certificate of participation in the festival.
